VIP: Hospitality Boxes Private Hospitality Boxes are available for 12 guests as standard, with extra guest places available for some boxes. Select your box using the single dot, and add on extra guests if needed. Choose from Gold (waiter-served) or Silver (buffet meal) packages, and pay either in full or in installments (with a 30% deposit). The Silver and Gold packages include parking and programmes. For some performances Champagne Boxes (drinks only, food available to pre-order) or Afternoon Tea Boxes are available when you select your package, these require payment in full at time of purchase. RENEWAL PERIOD IS NOW OPEN FOR 2025 BOOKERS, BOXES WILL GO ON GENERAL SALE FROM JUNE 8 2026.
VIP: Phoenix Club A flexible VIP Hospitality offer, giving seats in the Phoenix Club stand, and access to the Phoenix Club enclosure where guests are able to book tables for lunch or dinner.
Top Price & Champagne Bar These are the best grandstand seats available, and include badges which allow access to the Champagne Taittinger Bar & Brasserie
2nd Price Excellent views onto the arena from the North, South and East sides
3rd Price Good views from corner blocks 2, 9, 13 and 20, and NEW FOR 2026 a limited number of seats on the North and East sides.

If your access needs require more than one carer, please purchase additional ticket(s) at the standard rate. You can then contact us using the instructions provided in your confirmation email to submit proof of entitlement and request a refund.

Accepted forms of documentation and important info
  • Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP), either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book
  • Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award
  • Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
  • A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted * A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card * Credibility's Access Card / Hynt card and/or Access Card
